The mind-body syndrome is a different way to view how we have been taught to see pain. It requires a look at our thought patterns, ways to deal with emotions, and how we see the situations around us. These can sometimes be difficult to look at and to process; having a guide can help to navigate through it all. That is where coaching comes in. I want to be a resource to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and who is open to seeing how a new way of thinking can actually help set you on the path to being free from chronic pain.
