What is there to know about me? I was born and raised in Southern California and I pray to God He never asks me to move away again because I love the beach and beach-like weather. I grew up as a pastor’s kid with one older brother, but don’t worry we turned out relatively normal. Much of my life has involved sports such as swimming and water polo, until I found my passion for music.

Singing and leading worship has taken me all over the world singing behind artists such as Demi Lovato and Charlie Puth, as well as singing background vocals on TV shows such as The Voice and X Factor, The Grammy Awards, and The Academy Awards. I loved being able to be a part of such amazing work and have always felt that I have been called to the entertainment industry because there is so much darkness in it and I want to be a light. I still get to work in the industry, and I know my role is important in loving people. As life happened and my passions began to grow, I became aware of my calling as a worship leader. I have been able to lead worship with vocalists such as Chandler Moore and Naomi Raine; and I am also a part of a worship collective, One House Worship, where we are a bunch of creatives pursuing our expression through worship.

Throughout the last decade of my life, I have navigated chronic pain and illness. I fully believed it was the end of a life with purpose and joy. I had no expectation for God to do anything good in my life. I became so focused on health and wellness, trying everything under the sun to “fix” me. This led me through a journey of studying the brain and body which empowered me to walk in a new way of healing. I truly believe God led me to this place, and that He created us to experience wholeness spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally. I've been able to coach clients 1 on 1, create online resources for people to use at their own pace, and created
online and in person workshops to learn and grow together. I want to share this with as many people as possible so they too can find freedom from the captivity of their own minds, into the freedom God has for them.
